The Xeler brand system

Xeler is a family of business tools for freelancers and creative agencies. This page covers the brand identity, downloadable assets, and usage rules — for press, partners, and developers building integrations.

Brand essence

Xeler is the consumer-facing brand. It powers a multi-product platform: the Xeler hub (proposals, invoices, projects), Xeler TimeSync (calendar → Moneybird sync), and upcoming products like Xeler Bio.

RAWWW® is the parent company — a Dutch creative agency based in Amsterdam. RAWWW is the legal entity behind Xeler and appears in privacy policies, terms of service, and company filings.

When in doubt: Xeler is the brand, RAWWW is the company. Use Xeler in product UI, marketing, and Google/App Store listings. Use RAWWW® in legal contexts.

Logos

The Xeler mark is an asymmetric “X” — two diagonals of unequal stroke weight. The mark must always preserve this asymmetry; symmetric versions resemble unrelated brands.

Logo usage

Do

  • Preserve the asymmetric X — one thick diagonal, one thin diagonal.
  • Use the lime accent #c8e635 as the only brand color.
  • Maintain clear space around the mark equal to at least its stroke width.
  • Pair product wordmarks with the Xeler mark to signal product family.

Don’t

  • Make both diagonals the same weight — that resembles unrelated brands.
  • Recolor the mark to anything other than white, black, or brand-primary.
  • Rotate, skew, or apply effects to the mark.
  • Place on backgrounds where contrast falls below WCAG AA.

App naming convention: Xeler [Product]. Each product lives on its own subdomain (<product>.xeler.app).
